An Interim Opportunity for an HR Officer has arisen for a leading UK distribution & logistics business. Reporting into the site Director and Regional HR Manager, the role of HR Officer will have a focus on all operational HR issues ranging from Employee Relations queries through to recruitment.
The key responsibilities for this post will include:
* Managing disciplinary and grievance issues
* Administering all HR updates and information
* Generalist operational HR issues
* Recruitment
This role will be ideal for someone with previous logistics, warehouse and / or distribution experience, looking to apply their experience within one of the countries most prestigious organisations. You will have demonstrable operational HR experience across a number of HR areas, with the ability to influence, lead and negotiate with senior management. You will also demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work autonomously. It would also be highly desirable for you to have worked within a unionised environment.
