Job Description
My client one of the leading retail companies in their field throughout the UK is currently seeking an HR Officer to join their company. you will be working closely with Area managers and the HR Operations Manager to travel around the South London and Southern Home counties retail outlets to provide advice and facilitate disciplinary etc. You must be confident, able to deal with management and happy to give your opinions in this collaborative role. You will be outgoing with good time management skills.
This role will require travel between stores and offices based in the south London and the southern home counties, however all travel is paid for and a Zone 1-6 travel card is part of the benefits package.
Part of the projects you will be working on will be long term succession planning and staff retention policies gaining valuable experience in 2 import projects in today's market place. My client would like to fill this role as soon as possible and can interview immediately.
The interview is a 2 stage process with the heads of HR who we have previously placed candidates with and enjoy an excellent reputation from candidates and other staff as intelligent and enjoyable to work with. They are also happy to wait notice periods for the right HR Officer.
