As an HR Advisor working for a global market research organisation, you will be providing generalist HR support to head office staff. Based in Harrow and travelling to the Central London office as and when required, your role will be to support staff on employee relations case work, recruitment process, policies and procedures and so on. You will be part of a HR team and will be responsible for supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager with running the flexible benefits and producing salary reviews.
Computer literate, you will have experience in running reports from an HR information system and have a strong background in ER. You will have experience in conducting disciplinaries and grievances from start to finish. With a “can do” mentality, organised and proactive, you will also have experience of supporting compensation & benefits.
