As an HR Advisor working for a unique organisation, your role will be to support staff on HR queries. In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing management information to the business and will be involved in producing standard and ad-hoc HR reports; ensuring that outputs are accurate, timely and meet the needs of the business.
At the same time, you will be acting as the first point of contact for staff on policies and procedures, employee relations and flexible benefits queries. Part of a team of HR professionals, you will be also responsible for supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager with maintaining the flexible benefits system and taking ownership of the company salary reviews and benefits processes.
Computer literate, you will have experience in running reports from an HR information system, as well as experience in data analysis and data extraction. With a "can do" mentality, organised and proactive, you will also have experience of supporting compensation & benefits. With strong attention to detail and experience of working with structured processes and HR information, you will have a solid understanding of information management.
You will be based in Harrow and there will be some travel to the Central London office as and when required.
