Job Description
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of OD based at CPG's US Corporate location and has a strong dotted line relationship to the Global HR Director based at CPGK.
Duties will include supporting the development & implementation of the business global organizational development strategy, coordinate, manage & facilitate the Organisational Development Review (ODR) processes and action plans for the LoBs & sites supported, partnering with site, country & regional HR leaders for resource support, monitor, track & report on status of agreed initiatives to ensure progress towards agreed deliverables.
Duties also include supporting and implement change leadership capabilities throughout the organisation, assess existing organizational/team/individual capability gaps and develop/implement action plan to improve capability, serve as a consultative resource and partner with PGBU & other peers to develop/implement innovative approaches to enhance organizational capability
All applicants should have experience in assessing organizational, team and individual capabilities against present and future business requirements, and the development / implementation of action plans to enhance performance, experience coaching at the leadership, manager and individual employee level and the ability to communicate effectively. Applicants should preferably have demonstrable experience in HR/OD; with a focus on assessing & growing organizational capability, and be educated to degree level or similar in relevant discipline. Experience in working with cross-functional, multinational organisations with a developing OD function is desirable also.
