This newly-created Regional HR Business Partner role has come about as a result of restructure within my client, looking to get HR properly out into the business rather than being something covered from a head-office site.
The main aim of the position is to offer a proactive and commercial HR service to managers throughout the Southern region of the UK (extending up as far as Birmingham). You will work closely with these managers in order to identify potential areas of development that could be focused on to improve the business, creating action plans and working to ensure the implementation of new procedures etc
A continually growing and changing business, it is important that my client's HR team are able to be equally flexible and able to work in an environment of change.
As the successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate:
- CIPD qualification (at least partial)
- Previous experience of a similar HR role
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Commercial understanding
- Previous exposure to training design and delivery
Multi-site exposure is very much desired, but not essential for a strong candidate.
