Senior HR Advisor (Urgent start)
My client, a public sector organisation based in South London, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work with a designated business area management team. As a key member of the team you help deliver organisational plan and improve performance by identifying and responding to HR priorities and issues. In addition you will be responsible for providing line managers support on all ER issues and working in conjunction with the HR Manager to effectively manage performance. This role covers the generalist spectrum including managing disciplinary cases and you will require strong employment law knowledge and at least must have 2 years experience at HR Advisor level. Experience of working within the public or not for profit sector is essential.
