My client is an industry leading Energy company looking for a strategic Business Partner to join their HR team.
The role would include creating strategy within senior management and making sure that is carried through to improve organisational performance. The understanding of business performance issues and the ability to provide solutions to them is a must to ensure the effective delivery of business functions. Implementation and support of employment policies would be part and parcel of this strategic role along side supporting ER issues.
Applicants should be ideally used to business strategy, working with managers and involvement in projects. Having worked with large client groups would be very useful as well as a good understanding of employment law and best practice. CIPD is desirable but not essential. Good communication, negotiation and tenacity are more important in this great opportunity.
