Our client is a leading manufacturer and a national branded name. An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join the senior management team to support the business in developing a high performing, proactive and modern culture.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. You will formulate the site HR strategy and, championing culture change, will be fully involved in introducing new working practices in a high-performing environment where you will have the chance to measure your success. This role requires your significant experience in employee relations. An integral part of this position is managing and delivering business change initiatives. You will advise on complex operational issues and build business partnering relationships to proactively identify and meet a wide range of people management needs.
CIPD qualified, you will have a creative approach to formulating and implementing HR strategy. Your wide-ranging experience in operational HR management, union negotiation and employment law equips you to manage change effectively. An astute decision maker and negotiator, your knowledge of best practice HR is essential as is the ability to think commercially and strategically to facilitate business success.
