This is a key role which supports the HR team in a fast paced organisation. This is a growing concern which offers the potential for progression and further development.
The role is challenging and involves managing a number of HR cases, providing advice and guidance to line managers across a range of HR issues including conduct and discipline, appeals, grievances and managing long term sickness absence as well as appeals. You will coach managers through complex cases that involve their staff and be an expert point of contact on HR matters and processes.
Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified/studying, and have experience in advising management on a broad range of HR topics. You will have a track record of managing a range of complex HR casework and will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law and current case law. The post requires a confident and enthusiastic communicator who can quickly establish effective relationships and who has the ability to manage their own workload.
