Job Description

HR & Training Officer urgently required to join a prestigious Cardiff based Company.  The company is a busy, robust and fast paced environment where you will be given the opportunity to deal with all Human Resources issues throughout the company along with employee development.
 
This role has a sizable training element where you will be evolved in employee development including training of soft skills, supervisory skills, recruitment, induction and will be heavily involved in succession planning and employee relations.
 
You will also be evolved in more generalist HR duties including advising on company policy and procedures including maternity and retirement, employee benefits, giving coaching and guidance in relation to welfare issues, disciplinary and capability issues. You will also be responsible for strategic development of the organisation through projects such as Investors in People.

You will need to have proven training skills with the confidence to design and deliver. You will also need in-depth HR knowledge to be able to advise and council employees as necessary.
