Our client seeks a seasoned HR professional to work within a changing environment.
You will be responsible for implementing all HR policies and practices, providing direction and advice on HR policies to supervisors and managers. You will deliver a range of advice on policy, conditions of service, employment law, contracts, retirements and redundancies. You will also deal with TUPE and other HR issues.
The successful candidate will have operated at a senior level. He/she will also be fully knowledgeable on current and evolving employment law. The CIPD qualification is desirable.
