This is an interim assignment for up to 9 months with the possibility of an extension. You will engage with stakeholders and deal at Director level.
The role involves designing and developing management and leadership capabilities so as to put a learning culture in place within this organisation. You will be instrumental in its transformation by focusing on organisational design to make the most of people's talents In addition, your understanding of aligning OD to strategic goals for a return on investment will improve the impact of L and D throughout the business.
Your track record as an experienced Learning and Development Professional with the ability to build strong working relationships and facilitate change and demonstrate your innovative approach to design of effective interventions.
