With 102 branches across 7 regions throughout the UK Autoglass® are currently looking for an addition to their HR team to provide a consultative HR service to 27 branches situated in the South West and Home Counties, encompassing locations such as Bristol, Exeter, Swindon, Basingstoke, Oxford and Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional HR Advisor to join this successful, global organisation. This role is a generalist one responsible for maintaining the highest quality of HR practice, policy and procedure within Autoglass®. Working both independently and as part of the wider HR and business management teams, the ideal candidate will provide a consulting service on technical areas of employee welfare, recruitment, reward, performance management, training and employment law. In addition, this person will maintain a strong commercial awareness of business performance and strategic goals and act as a custodian for the Autoglass® values. Skills and experience required: Extensive generalist HR experience gained within a multi-site role Part or fully CIPD qualified Strong employment law knowledge Travel is part of the role however diary management allows maintenance of work life balance.
