This is a Generalist role split 70% ER and the rest Recruitment, Training and empowering Branch Managers. The key client group are the area managers and you will be coaching and advising them on handling HR issues, impacting succesion planning and empowering Branch Managers in how to develop and support their staff. The successful candidate will be from a retail background, have previous regional experience and strong ER skills, but also you will need to be quite influential, professional and have excellent coaching/advising skills.
