Our client, a major London university is seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner into this newly created role within their HR team.
In this role your responsibilities will include
•To effectively support and work in partnership with senior managers to enhance performance and efficiency towards achievement of the University’s Strategic Plan through people. This will require a clear business and academic focus and an understanding of operational and strategic issues and challenges to be able to influence and provide managers with effective advice.
•Be proactive and encourage best practice models to be adopted and adhered to by Faculties / Department. Ensure that managers understand and comply with policies and employment legislation to treat employees fairly and consistently and minimise the risk of claims against the University.
•Work closely and collegiately with other HR Business Partners to provide excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role you should have strong HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering experience and be fully CIPD qualified.
