One of the leaders in their field, with a small but progressive HR department, is currently recruiting for an HR Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring best practice is adhered to in all areas of HR Management and for providing support and advice to operational management in various areas throughout the business.
As a busy HR Manager in a company BIG on development and staff progression, you will constantly be building on your skills set and attending training sessions while working within a supportive and encouraging team environment.
To succeed as an HR Manager you will have extensive experience dealing with ER issues; TUPE and redundancy experience is an advantage. Drivers licence and exposure to a unionised environment are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression, as others who have held this role have found.
