Job Description

This leading design company are looking for an HR Officer and you will be involved in the recruitment process and prepare contracts of employment, advise on salary levels, assist the manager with performance and employee relations issues, ensure work permit application administration is complete where applicable (e.g. completion of documentation, co-ordination of data collection, liaison with legal advisers, and to provide general immigration administration and advice as required (e.g. visas, indefinite leave to remain, BUNAC). You will be required to maintain an up to date awareness of employment law, including law relevant to recruitment and selection.

They are seeking someone with HR qualification, preferably CIPD, with adept Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel and Word. You will be Enthusiastic, flexible and team orientated with a consistent attention to detail.
