Job Description

This transport and distribution organisation is working with Hays Human Resources to source for an HR Manager. You are the only HR person within the business and your role will therefore reflect a wide mix of HR.
Reporting directly into the MD, you will provide:

- Employment Law advice to managers within the business
- HR lead on all disciplinaries and grievances
- Management on sickness and attendance
- Update of all policies and procedures
- Monitoring and managing Health and Safety
- Payroll support and administration Based in Sheffield, the role will require some travel as you may need to travel to other sites within the business.
