Job Description

Based on the outskirts of Rotherham, my client is looking to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner initially for 3 months.  Following a complete reorganisation earlier this year, you will be heavily involved in establishing the new culture, HR strategy and policy etc.  As this role is predominately a start up role there will be a large element of development work to be done however this will be alongside day to day HR activity.

The main focus of the role at present is to support the HR development work and develop the HR advisory function across the new organisation.
 
Skills and Experience:
Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent
 
Experience of working in a proactive HR environment 
 
Good working knowledge of employment legislation 
 
Ability to work across organisation boundaries and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
 
Effective interpersonal skills including assertiveness and political sensitivity
 
Ability to develop personal credibility at all levels
 
Oral and written communication skills including report writing
 
Ability to work as part of a team
 
Highly organised and able to work accurately and methodically and meet demanding expectations and timescales
 
Able to travel between London and Rotherham
