As Interim HR Business Partner you will be mainly Head Office based although there may be some regional travel required. Enjoying a varied role you will support line managers on issues ranging from role design to policy implementation, to organisational change. This is a true HR Business Partner role where you will help deliver the people element of business plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of employment legislation and have a proven track record providing a full advisory service within a service led environment. You will have strong influencing and negotiation skills coupled with strong commercial acumen.
