The purpose of the Assistant HR Officer is to work as a member of the HR team taking responsibility for the companies Distribution centre.
Candidates must be prepared to travel between Surrey and Middlesex on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Taking an active role in the company recruitment
•Assist in the generation of all pre-employment documentation
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all employment legislation
•Act as a HR point of contact for all staff in the Distribution centre dealing with any enquiries
•Support the HR team in any disciplinary or grievance
•Provide weekly payroll data
•Assist the HR team with any admin requirements
Successful candidates must have a confident approach to work, as well as the ability to work remotely from their manager.
