Our client is currently seeking a HR Advisor on an interim basis.
The focus of this role will be to handle the Employee relations Casework. So this candidate's knowledge of ER must be to a high level
They are seeking a confident and tenacious candidate to manage and deliver on a day to day basis all operation HR disciplines which will include:-
•employee relations,
•Policy and procedure updates
•disciplinary and grievance
•employment law
The selected candidate will be a strong HR professional, influential at all level and quick to build relationships, this candidate will have to have the “can do” attitude and tackle situations with robustness and energy. As this is an interim need they are looking for someone who can come on board and hit the ground. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with a rapidly growing organisation.
