Our client is not only the market leader in the UK; they are one of the worlds largest in their field. We are currently assisting them in the hunt for a new addition to their small but progressive HR team.
Working within the HR helpdesk you will be first point of call for managers in relation to ER queries, grievance claims, proofing letters and giving advice on other HR matters.
You will be managing a high case load of telephone inquiries and be fielding calls and escalating more serious cases – this is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to deal with people in a telephone capacity or looking for an opportunity to deal with low complex ER cases as a stepping stone.
Working for a company dedicated to the development and progression of their staff you will be constantly building on your skills set, attending training sessions and working within a supportive and encouraging team environment.
To succeed in this role you will have had previous advisory experience, a good handle on the law and be at the right level to handle various ER cases.
