As part of this recent redirection to a Human Resources Business Partner' model, you'll make your mark in a number of different areas, from learning and leadership development to performance management and resourcing, ensuring the function adds value to the business through a mix of pragmatic professionalism and best practice. Working in conjunction with the HR Director within an enthusiastic and dynamic team, you'll assist in the delivery of a cohesive HR infrastructure and consistent policy frameworks. Naturally this new and evolving role will offer plenty of challenges, so fresh, innovative ideas will be welcomed and supported. To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate credibility, be CIPD qualified and have relevant experience.
