HR BUSINESS PARTNER SOUTH LONDON / SURREY £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits As an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, are you looking to take the next step in your career within an organisation where you will have the opportunity to make your mark? This complex, financial services organisation needs a bright, credible, commercial and talented Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist to join their team to cover three lines of business throughout the south of the UK. The organisation is embarking on a huge cultural change programme, moving away from a traditional structure. Therefore, as HR business partner, you will be helping to drive through this change programme with a specialist client group, embedding process and procedures and with your proven track record in generalist HR covering ER, performance management, development, recruitment and reward management. You will use your energetic, pro-active approach to build credibility across your client group, build relationships with key stakeholders and help deliver the HR strategy across the group. As part of the change management process you will also be involved in the design and delivery of HR related projects. You will have worked as a HR Business Partner/HR Manager within a medium size company (1000) complex in its structure and be looking for the next challenge.
