We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist for a 9 month assignment. The person will be brought on board to provide a professional HR support and advice to the organisation, also to contribute to the achievement of HR corporate initiatives, as defined by the Director within policy and political constraints.
Key responsibilities will include:-
•To support the recruitment process where necessary.
•To provide Employment Law and HR advice and support to the organisation in relation to contractual changes, disciplinary, redundancy, general employment issues, and give direction where appropriate
•To help managers resolve employment/team issues where appropriate
•To assist in ensuring that HR policies are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated to managers and staff and to deal with general employee relation issues.
•To assist in the development and maintenance of the HR database
•To give advice and guidance to managers and their staff on individual development requirements
•To have responsibility for at least one ‘regular' corporate function
•To take best practice policy requirements forward
