A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager at SEEDA based in Guildford. The role requires a highly business focused and proactive generalist to lead a small team to provide strategic and operational support to deliver creative HR solutions to all levels of managers within SEEDA. The role will work directly alongside the HR Director is achieving results across the business where HR is valued.
Responsibilities;
Through managing a small HR team, has overall responsibility for providing HR support to all managers in the organisation, supporting them in managing organisation and people related issues, in line with the business strategy, the operating plan and the values of the organisation. In particular:
- Advises and coaches managers in all aspects of people management (performance, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, reward, restructuring, etc)
Interprets business needs into HR solutions, designs solutions and personally or through others delivers the solutions
- Advises managers on the application of HR polices and processes to specific circumstances
- Lead and participate in HR projects as required
- With others, play an active part in leading the HR function
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy, including workforce planning, which is led by the HR Director.
