Excellent opportunity to work for a market leading EMEA organisation based in a multi-site role.
The purpose of the HR Officer is to provide HR support to all management and employees within the companies distribution depot.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Interpretation and update of company policy and procedure
•Responsible for driving recruitment strategy, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews and managing agency relationships
•First point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance to staff and management
•Conducting disciplinary & grievance investigations
•Annually review company benefits provider
•Any other HR projects as required
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and confident HR Officer to develop their career in a role which offers responsibility and the chance to manage their own client base whilst working with the support of a team.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate strong working knowledge of employment law and legislation and have a strong team work ethic.
