Job Description

This global business has an interim requirement for an HR Operations Manager to join their South London Office. As HR operations Manager you will report directly into the HR Director with a focus on improving the existing HR policies, procedures and frameworks through a series of strategic HR projects.

As HR Operations Manager you will lead a team of advisors and administrators through a series of change projects with the view to improving HR operational efficiency.

You will have experience in:
* Generalist HR, both operationally and strategically
* Process improvement / business transformation
* working within change environments
* Project and change management

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportative HR team in achieving HR excellence within a global business. This role will hold autonomy across all HR issues under its remit, utilising the experience of Senior Management in defining best methods of practice.
