My client is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager on a fixed term contract for 18 months. The main purpose of the role would be to manage, develop and deliver a comprehensive human resources service which assists the Society in achieving its organisation goals. The particular focus of this role is working as a Business Partner with our Manager's to deliver change across the society, policy development, Pay and Reward, overall management of systems and transactional work.
You will be responsible for 3 members of staff and service provision to areas of existing workforce of approximately 750 perm and 100 temp/casual employees over 7 locations.
1.Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice in respect of human resources policy and practice
2.Good knowledge of HR Databases
3.Graduate of the CIPD
4.Senior level experience as a HR practitioner
5.Proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework which should include restructures
6.Project Management on HR issues
7.Pay and Remuneration policy
8.Experience of Policy development and implementation
9.Experience of managing and developing a team
