This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis but there is very definitely longer term potential. Essentially the role will support and action processes and procedures that support the main policies and activities within the business and will take an active role in many day to day HR duties.
The main focus of the role:
•Support and assist the HR Business Partners the areas of the business that they are working within
•Assist and support the implementation of HR processes based on business requirements
•To lead and manage the day to day operational aspects of the business areas such as; Maternity, Absence management, Performance management and Grievances.
Key responsibilities include:
•Leading the investigation of disciplinary actions and some of the early stages, including coaching line managers on procedures and policies when necessary
•Documentation of key HR System related processes (and supporting updating of HR process that have an impact on either HR Admin or payroll procedures)
•Dealing with grievances in an appropriate manner if they arise, following company guidelines
•Performance management in line with Ericsson guidelines and manager input
•Absence management in line with company guidelines
•Liaising with managers within the business with regards to HR related queries
•Assisting with general recruitment and related issues within the business
•Supporting/implementing any corporate directives
This role will suit an early career HR professional, someone who is looking for more Generalist responsibilities and beginning to learn Business Partner relationships
