INTERIM HR MANAGER - SURREY - URGENT ROLE - GUILDFORD

HR Manager required for a new role in Guildford, Surrey.

Main three areas are:

• Management of a team of HR advisers and administrators - experience of managing at least 4 reports required to attain interview.
• Operational HR work - ER and Employment Law, policy review and implementation, L&D and Recruitment
• Strategic work - the company are going through a change at the moment. You will be a point of contact for the senior management team to help implement these changes across the business.

You will form part of an established HR team at their head office in Surrey, reporting to the HR Director.

You will be responsible for providing HR services and advice across the following areas:

• Employee Relations and Employment Law
• Organisational Development and Change Management
• Policy development and implementation
• Talent Management/Recruitment - liaising with L&D and Recruitment Teams
• HR Team Management - very important to have a proven track record in managing HR teams

You will also have a strategic slant to the role as there has been a full restructure in the establishment and HR is at the forefront driving the change

You will be used to dealing with senior stakeholders and be able to negotiate with the business to ensure that you can drive commercially aware HR policies and procedures into the business units.

You will need to be able to negotiate and resolve issues with people from different countries and backgrounds so need to be very culturally aware, tactful and be able to achieve your goals.

This is a fantastic role for a Senior HR Manager who wants to work in a multi-cultural environment in a very business facing role.

Interviews are being conducted at the beginning of next week.
