We are currently recruiting a Resourcing and HR Manager for an interim opportunity. This is a key recruitment role with accountability for resourcing to a senior level and additionally providing support to the Heads of function and line Managers. Liaising as a Business Partner with senior team you will provide a consultancy service on a wide range of generalist issues, with a high focus on developing innovative resourcing solutions. The contract is c 6 months and the goal is to challenge the business on current practices and innovate new, commercially viable solutions to deliver exceptional candidates for the organisation. This business has high focus on the recruitment and development of long term potential, offering superb career investment and growth.
The successful individual will be highly flexible and adaptable; ideally with an understanding/interest in generalist HR, bit this is not essential. You will have experience of resourcing for senior roles across a wide range of skills including Marketing, Operations, Finance and related commercial functions. With a positive attitude and the ability to build great internal relationships across the business this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a short time. This position is for a candidate who relishes a fast-paced environment and has the practical skills as well as the ability to balance creativity with attention to detail.
