My client is looking to recruit a Part Time HR Generalist to be based at their office in Surrey. Working either 3 full days or 5 days over 5 days, you will be a proactive HR Professional who can provide a proactive HR partnering service to the management team providing solutions and ideas to employees and line managers.

You will come from a generalist background and will be able to work closely with the business to support the planned growth

drive cultural change and implement a EMEA wide people strategy

Ensure that the right skills, expertise and resources are in place to deliver a stretching business agenda

Ensure the management team have the right training and support to deliver the change agenda and business plan

Mentoring and Developing the HR team

Ideal candidate will come from a generalist background with a large corporate company and have the drive and ambition to really add value and see the results.
