This luxury jewellery retailer is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join there dynamic and highly established HR division. You will be liaising closely with the HR Manager to support and advice both the Head Office and Retail function in all HR issues. You will be operating on a regional basis and be the first port of call for all Employee Relation issues and will be involved in coaching and training the management team in HR policies and procedures. The suitable candidate would possess strong generalist regional experience from a solid retail background. If you have the ability to communicate at all levels and have excellent influencing skills then this could be the role for you.
