A leading high tech organisation based in Surrey requires an Interim HR Adviser for 3-6 months to as the HR team during a period of growth and challenge.
The purpose of this role is to support the end to end' Hr service to a business unit that is a mix between Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities include:
Work as part of the team supporting the business group with key objectives
Assist in driving organisational change and cultural change through the implementation of key central initiatives
To support the development, introduction, operation and improvement of Hr & Organisations processes, policies and procedures
Ensure raised issues are followed through with a level of consistency and accuracy
The successful candidate should have an operational HR background ideally gained from a multinational blue chip environment. Candidates outside this brief maybe considered if they are able to clear demonstrate their skills, communication skills and willingness to challenge them in a growing commercial environment.
