Job Description

My client is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to support the existing team in Surrey for this interesting and growing organisation. Reporting to the UK HR Manager, with a dotted line into the site manager you will be responsible for providing a generalist HR service to the business.

Working closely with line managers and employees, you will have responsibility for ensuring a tailored HR service is provided in line with business needs.

Provide advice and guidance in line with legislation and company policies and procedures

Advise on employee relations and managed individual cases as required

Liaise with recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of company resource requirements

Manage direct reports and develop and encourage development of others

Implement new initiatives both regionally and globally

You will also be involved with ad-hoc project work such as L & D projects, restructuring etc.
