My Client is currently seeking a Senior Hr Advisor for a 9-12 months contract to cover maternity leave.
They are seeking someone who is CIPD qualified to act as a Senior HR Advisor of 1500 staff based in Surrey.
•This successful candidate will be capable of dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework
•Become involved in service improvement and organisational change initiatives such as TUPE transfers,
•Support policy development work in conjunction with the HR Business Partner.
•The candidate will be required to manage 2 part time HR Administrators.
•Most Importantly this candidate must be able to forge sound working relationships with a range of managers on the basis of flexible and pro-active intervention in people management issues.
