Main Functions:-
The Senior HR advisor will be involved in the delivery of HR support and solutions to the managers and staff. In conjunction with snr HR managers, ensure legal compliance with respect to employment law. To be involved with Managers and Supervisors when disciplinaries, grievances an appeals. To assist with preparation and coordination of any industrial Tribunal Claims. To be the main point of contact for any Compensation and Benefit issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist HR team to deliver effective HR service
•Assist with the accurate and timely completion of employee related statistics.
•Implement proactive absence management programs including health promotion and referral to occupational health.
•Support effective employee satisfaction and communication programs
•Assist with recruitment when required.
•Administer training and development, performance appraisal and succession planning processes in accordance with best practise.
•Support line management in disciplinary and appeal processes, reviewing recommendations for dismissal and supporting investigations as required
•To be one of the main points of contact for any Compensation and Benefit queries.
Experience required
•Experience with Compensation and Benefits.
•2-3 years experience as HR generalist
•Implementation of Best Practise policies
•EMEA HR and statistical reporting experience
