My client who are a market leading business are looking to recruit a senior HR Manager into the business. This exciting role within a driven business will advise their local management teams and staff on talent strategy and people initiatives that support key business goals. You will be accountable for building the organisation's capability by providing leadership in change management, informal coaching and facilitation, and through formal learning and development initiatives. You will be responsible for customising and implementing my clients corporate HR programs and developing processes that enable effective implementation in local business units. As the senior HR Manager you will be accountable for making sure all HR transactions are effectively managed. This position will be the primary contact for management and employees in the client groups, and will guide and advise management on the HR implications of their decisions to maximize organizational effectiveness. The right person will be accustomed to working in a rapidly-changing, high growth environment and is able to provide leadership that drives team cooperation. Responsibilities Understand the business including financial metrics, organisational success factors, systems and structures Understand, apply and share retention concepts to attract, motivate and retain employees Ensure effective communication channels within the local organisation Support performance management practices (defining success, establishing measurements, providing feedback, rewarding performance and swiftly managing out low performers) Identify the HR implications of business plans and develop and implement solutions to meet identified needs Implement current HR processes end to end and fine-tune them for greater efficiency and effectiveness Apply strong influencing skills The Successful Candidate Previous demonstrable experience in Human Resources or equivalent roles Experience of supporting an organization of 200+ in a business partner/generalist capacity CIPD and/or educated to degree level. Masters in Business Administration, Organizational Development, HR, Employment Relations or equivalent is preferred.
