This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a global leader in their field, a FTSE 100 company with a worldwide presence and a reputation for excellence.
The role is ideally suited for a strong HR generalist with a real commercial focus. You will have a proven background within change management, broad experience of HR processes and practices and will be involved heavily in recruitment at all levels of the business.
As one would expect from a generalist at this level, you will also have an excellent working knowledge of employment law and best practice, be well versed in employee relations matters and have the personality and confidence to drive effective performance management projects which will in turn build the capabilities of individuals across the board.
Experience within manufacturing will be looked upon favourably, as would Graduate membership of the CIPD.
More importantly, our client is seeking someone driven by success, who will use their expertise and drive to contribute to what is already a hugely successful organisation.
