These are exciting times of change for my client, a dynamic retail business based in Mid Wales. They are now looking for a Senior HR Advisor who can assist in the ongoing change programme.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the role encompasses all employee relations including absenteeism, short and long term absence and sickness, disciplinary and grievance procedures and other HR related projects. You will coach line managers in day to day work ensuring that there is a consistent application of company policy and processes as well as dealing with project based work.
You should be at least part CIPD qualified and have considerable ER experience, ideally within a customer focussed organisation. Previous exposure to Unions is also a must for this role.
