HR Manager (9 months) North Wales £30-33k HR Manager required for a 9 month fixed term contract for my renowned global client who are a world leader in their chosen field. Working in a true generalist capacity and reporting into the Managing Director, you will be fully CIPD qualified and have broad HR management experience in a challenging and fast paced role within a unionised environment. With the support of a small team you will independently advise on a full range of ER issues including absence, performance and disciplinary matters. Experience across a variety of industry sectors and knowledge of payroll systems would be advantageous.
