HR Assistant – 6 Month FTC
c£16-17,500k + Bens

The Background
This leading organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Assistant to support the HR team in providing a first class HR service to this leading business.
The Role
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering HR support to managers as their first point of contact. Your Main responsibilities include:
·Provide give basic advice to line managers and employees across the business on employment queries relating to company policy and procedure
·Issuing contracts and joining letters to employees
·Managing all the administration for disciplinaries, long term sickness, and other employee relations issues
·Escalating more complex issues to the HR Advisors/HR Managers
·Maintaining good working knowledge of policies and procedures and basic employment legislation.
The Person
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with previous experience working within a HR administrator role with experience of providing advice to managers. You should have knowledge and experience of HR databases, Computer literate and with good communication skills. Ideally you will be CPP qualified. You will enjoy working within a fast paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
