The Background
This Global leading organisation, the largest in the world in what they do, are currently seeking a Senior L&D Specialist to provide a cohesive and professional L&D service to the business for a period of c9 Months.
The Role
Supporting the Head of L&D, you will establish, implement and shape the L&D framework across the business. Your role will involve:
· Work closely with the HR team
· Implement and shape the development policy
· Manage relationships with external and internal contacts
· Support the formation and delivery of the L&D strategy
· Develop learning initiatives across he business
The Person
You will be a self-motivated, disciplined, well-organised individual who is flexible in their approach. Preferably with experience of working consultatively in your approach you will have experience leading a team of L&D professionals. Ideally you will be CTP /CIPD qualified.
