An exciting project based HR advisor post with focus to develop, review and monitor Employee Relations (ER) and redeployment policy. Oversee the delivery of a management training schedule and overseeing the project budget.
This role will require you to develop and implement HR policy regarding people management within the organization, so that it reflects changes in legislation and compliance with regard to the current HR service plan. As well as championing the equality and diversity, you will be expected to deliver and design a variety of management training programmes. Providing accurate and timely employment relations advice, whilst investigating complex and sensitive casework is an important part of this role. Your other responsibilities shall include managing and monitoring budgets for a variety of projects.
You will have had previous experience at a business partner level, ideally with trade union negotiation. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and being able to devise solutions to key business issues quickly. This role is a 6 month contract with a start towards the end of June beginning of July.
