Great opportunity to join a global HR specialist team based in West London. Working for a world leading mining and exploration business, this Analyst role is project focused at a strategic level offering exposure and experience in a commercial environment.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be focused on the development of process, systems implementation, and analysis of the business at a global level on various projects. Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop, implement and review project management support systems and processes;
* Carry out HR research and analysis including gathering and collating HR information (for management reporting etc);
* Generalist HR duties and responsibilities related to the HR cycle (i.e. recruitment, retention, remuneration etc).
* Research HR situations both internally and externally, analyse findings and develop and compile management reports, which include conclusions and recommendations.
* Input and extract data and information into and from HR systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HR Generalist or experienced Project Advisor looking to expand their experience into more of a strategic/project based role. The ideal candidate for the role will have strong problem solving and analytical skills gained in a corporate environment. A relevant degree in Economics or Business is also beneficial along with any HR related qualifications and fluency in French. This role is for 3 months with the view to become permanent.
