Our client, a leading edge fashion retailer is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager into the role of Retail HR Manager based in their head office in West London in this newly developed role during an exciting period of growth for the company. In the role of HR Manager you will have wide ranging generalist HR responsibilities supporting both the UK store network and head office functions. These responsibilities will include the development of HR policies, provision of employment law advice to management teams, employee relations, talent management, staff development and the management of the annual salary review process. To succeed in this role you should have prior HR generalist experience within a retail environment, ideally with multi-site responsibility.
