A key HR management role within a fast developing HR function of a large award-winning media company based in West London. The successful candidate for this newly created HR manager role will be the right hand person to the HR director of this successful media firm, and will be pivotal in developing HR best practice and raising the profile of HR within this informal yet challenging culture.
You will be involved with most aspects of generalist HR, except for recruitment, with your credibility and persuasive skills assuring you of success in having HR initiatives embraced by the business.
As HR manager you will work closely with the HR Director on HR strategy, policy and procedure, employee relations as well as a number of HR projects. You will also mentor the HR coordinator. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, with at least 5 years generalist experience.
With a HR function that is in a state of massive evolution, this is a role that will offer masses of exposure and development in an informal sociable environment.
Salary from £45,000 to £50,000 plus good benefits. Based West London.
